MARCUS & MILLICHAP FACILITATES SALE OF VALENCIA APARTMENTS IN TAMPA, FLA FOR $1.93 MILLION
TAMPA, FL, June 3, 2015 – Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, the nation’s largest real estate investment services firm, has announced the sale of Valencia Apartments, a 132-unit, lender-owned apartment building located in Tampa, Fla according to Greg Matus, Regional Manager of the Fort Lauderdale office. The property commanded a sales price of $1,932,000, representing $14,636 per unit.
Vice President Investments Alex D. Zylberglait and Associate Ryan Shaw of the Miami office represented the seller of the property, a private investor. Zylberglait and Shaw also secured the buyer, a limited liability company from Aventura, Fla.
Square One Center is a one-story, class-B medical office building with approximately 17,600 square feet of rentable space. The property was built in 1999 of concrete block and is located right off West Dixie Highway next to Aventura, Florida. The buyer will benefit from the property’s triple-net leased medical and professional tenants as well as the property’s location near Aventura Hospital. Square One Center is located at 20880 West Dixie Highway in Miami, Fla.
