Also a licensed massage therapist Michael enjoys donating his time to local charities. Hobbies include strength training, meditation and reading.
John Friedman

John Friedman is a Licensed Broker in Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office specializing in the sale of industrial properties.
John entered the real estate world in 2009 in New York when he decided to obtain a license and invest for himself. In 2017 and after making several successful investments, John along with his wife decided to relocate from New York to Miami. After several successful investments in Miami, he decided to focus on the Industrial market in Miami. He joined forces with the top Office and Industrial broker Alex Zylberglait. The Zylberglait Group collectively have facilitated hundreds of real estate transactions with the focus on what is best for the client.
Prior to his affiliation with Marcus and Millichap, John was the owner and founder of an industrial chemical trading company. John has deep connections with clients in the northeast from both the chemical and real estate industries. He and his wife Kate followed their 3 children to Miami. All three attended the University of Miami. John and Kate are supporters of cancer research at Cold Spring Harbor Lab on Long Island. John earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University.
Trey Stabinski
Trey is an investment sales professional specializing in industrial and mixed-use assets, with a focus on helping owners and investors reposition, rebalance, or expand their portfolios. Grounded in rigorous underwriting and market analysis, Trey pairs finance-driven valuation with practical deal execution to surface real opportunities and move them across the finish line. He studied Finance and Real Estate Economics at the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business and brings a disciplined approach to advising his clients. Above all, Trey is undyingly devoted to his clients, operating with urgency, transparency, and long-term alignment. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Trey built his foundation in the Los Angeles industrial market, a highly competitive, supply-constrained landscape. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, investing in the stock market, and Miami’s unmatched beaches.
Benjamin Brett

Benjamin Brett is an ambitious and dedicated real estate professional with a foundation built on integrity, discipline, and long-term vision. A graduate of the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse School of Business, Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration. His early exposure to real estate began in New York, where he earned his real estate license and gained hands-on experience with Keller Williams Points North.
At Marcus & Millichap, Benjamin is focused on building a lasting career in commercial real estate investment sales. Drawing inspiration from his family’s legacy in property development and investment, he is committed to creating meaningful client relationships and delivering exceptional results through hard work, market knowledge, and persistence.
Outside of real estate, Benjamin is actively involved in community service initiatives, including Sunrise Day Camp and Long Island Cares, supporting children and families affected by cancer and food insecurity.
